04-10-05: Oesterzwam met groenten

Today i was treated to lunch by Pablo and Maria. As they run a mushroom-nursery and a vegetable garden (both ecological), lunch was mushrooms and vegetables (courgette, tomatoes) from the garden. All of it was delicious: the tomatoes were sliced and mixed with olive oil and coarse sea salt. They were sweet and full of aroma. Courgette was sliced, fried in olive oil, as were the mushrooms. Delicious!
